Please turn in all you Lifetouch pictures packets for individual picture orders TODAY!!! Relay for Life meetings every Wed. throughout the month of May in Mr. Eager's room during lunch time. GH College Placement test will be taken on Mon., May 12 from 8 - 10 am in the library. The cost of yearbooks is now $45.00 Dear Parent/Legal Guardian: In response to the growing threat of HIV to our population, the 1988 Washington State Legislature mandated that a program of prevention education be presented to students yearly beginning with the fifth grade. The Wishkah Valley School District has adopted an appropriate program for HIV/AIDS prevention education with the advice of educators, parents, and community members. Beginning next Tuesday, the KNOW HIV/AIDS Prevention Curriculum will be presented to the 5th through 12th grade students: Tuesday, May 13 4th period 7-8 grade BOYS 5th period 5-6 grade BOYS Thursday, May 15 5th period 11-12 grade GIRLS 6th period 9-10 grade GIRLS Tuesday, May 20 5th period 11-12 grade BOYS 6th period 9-10 grade BOYS All classes will be approximately 45 minutes long. Boys and girls will be taught separately. HIV/AIDS is 100% preventable! If you have any questions, please contact me at the school. Thank you for your support in the health of your student(s).
